With solid training in civil and road construction and years of experience in various roles, from foreman to site manager, I bring extensive knowledge in organizing and executing construction projects. Through my further training as a certified site manager and my role as a crew leader, I've learned to lead teams effectively and successfully complete projects. I have experience both in practical construction work and in managing and coordinating construction projects. I particularly enjoy creating clear structures and ensuring that everyone involved contributes to the project's success. I'm looking for a new challenge where I can apply and further develop my expertise in a dedicated team. My goal is to take on responsibility and manage projects reliably and efficiently.
