With a solid background in civil engineering and diverse professional experiences, I am seeking a new challenge as a construction manager. I started my professional career in Syria, where I gained extensive knowledge in project management, construction preparation, and execution, as well as in the supervision of construction projects. These experiences allowed me to ensure that construction standards and deadlines were always met. My technical knowledge includes a deep understanding of construction processes, precise project monitoring, meticulous documentation, and the consistent adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures. Additionally, I am experienced in effectively coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders, enabling smooth and efficient project implementation. Since my arrival in Germany in December 2021, I have continuously furthered my education, particularly in the area of the German language, to ensure a seamless integration into the German job market. My commitment and adaptability are reflected in my readiness to immediately take on new professional challenges. I hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and have continuously developed myself through further training and education. My language skills include fluent Arabic, good German and English, which enables me to work in multicultural environments. I also have a class B driver's license and am willing to travel for projects. Currently, I am looking for a position that allows me to bring my expertise and leadership qualities into a dynamic environment. My goal is to make a significant contribution to the success of construction projects while continuously learning new skills and developing myself.
