I have extensive experience in construction management, including my time at BS Grundbesitz Service & Development GmbH in Essen, where I was responsible for commercial properties like warehouses, office buildings, and high-rises. My tasks included renovating existing properties, including core renovations, as well as leading new construction projects. I handled individual contracts and general contractor services and was in charge of planning, implementation, and project controlling. As a construction and project manager at IBC Project Management and Construction Consulting in Essen, my focus was on new builds, such as a nursing home in Essen and a logistics hall for Airbus in Stade. Additionally, I worked as a technical property manager at BS Grundbesitz.
