Site Manager / Senior Technician m/f/d Plumbing / Heating / Ventilation - 30 Days Vacation

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g., gas-water installer, heating and ventilation builder)
• Additional qualifications are a plus (e.g., foreman or site manager training)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position with experience in project management in the field of technical building equipment, as well as industrial piping and plant construction
• Computer skills in an ERP system and MS Office applications
• German language skills at least Level B2

Your Tasks:

• Project and customer support at a fixed customer location in the areas of sanitary/heating/ventilation
• Leading your assembly and subcontractor team to implement customer requirements in the areas of sanitary/heating/ventilation according to the contract
• Creating contract-compliant billing bases in the form of measurements
• Disposition of materials and personnel
• Direct coordination with the customer's specialist departments and the deployed specialist planners
