Then join us as soon as possible as a Project Manager for the planning and construction of transformer stations in the Stations Construction team at the Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf location.
As part of the Medium and Low Voltage Department, the Stations Construction team is responsible for the planning, execution, construction supervision, and billing of both internal and customer-initiated station projects. This includes all types of stations, from network stations to construction power stations to customer-specific transfer stations throughout the city. In addition to new project planning and station renovation, equipment approval, quality assurance, and the development & expansion of technologies and guidelines, considering all operational, legal, environmental, and safety concerns, are also part of the portfolio.
Here's what you'll be doing: – Responsible for the proper new construction, conversion, as well as the proper renovation and dismantling of transformer stations throughout Berlin. – Technical planning and handling of various station types while adhering to internal guidelines, regulations, and legal requirements, as well as coordinating technical equipment, spaces, and interim solutions. – Coordinating construction measures and ensuring quality through regular site visits and technical inspections.
Your other tasks include: – Commissioning and coordinating all trades and being the technical contact person. – Billing and documentation of measures. – Assisting in the creation and maintenance of processes and internal procedures.
We're looking for someone with: – Completed electrical engineering training and further education as a certified technician/master. Alternatively, you're willing to undergo such further education. – Technical understanding and basic knowledge of the function of transformer stations. – A high degree of reliability, customer orientation, and organizational skills. – Open and appreciative communication, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
Nice to have but not a must: – Initiative and creativity. – Confident use of common MS Office applications. – Basic knowledge of energy supply networks.
