What you will do with us
Attention site managers in Siegen! As a site manager at SPIE Lück, you have the chance to help shape our future projects. As part of a well-coordinated team, YOU are the tech expert on our construction sites in the HVAC field.
Your profile:
- Training as a plant mechanic / service technician in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology
- Advantageous: Master in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology
- Desirable: 2-3 years of experience as a site manager in HVAC
Your tasks:
- Site management, control, and implementation of tasks and processes on the construction site
- Coordination of colleagues, partners, and customers from all trades on the construction site
- Responsibility for organizing and coordinating the flow of materials
- Coordination and scheduling with customers
- Support as a site manager in the creation of factory, assembly, and revision planning in the mechanics / HVAC field
