What you will do with us
Attention project managers in Lich-Langsdorf! As a project manager at SPIE Lück, you have the chance to help shape our future projects. As part of a well-coordinated team, YOU will be the tech expert on our construction sites in the field of electrical engineering.
Your profile:
- Training as an electronics technician / electrician / electrical installer / electrical engineer in energy and building technology
- Advantageous: Master craftsman or a degree in electrical engineering, Bachelor of Science / Engineering in electrical engineering
- Experience as a project manager for electrical engineering projects in industrial and commercial construction
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (VDE, VOB/B, DGUV)
- Good MS Office skills
Your tasks:
- Creating and calculating offers as a project manager and implementing change management and creating inventory and execution documents
- Preparing project awards for partner companies and participating in project forecasting
- Responsibility for personnel and material disposition on the construction site and attending construction meetings
- Technical leadership as a project manager of assigned employees and commercial trainees
- Assisting with budget planning and co-responsibility for budget implementation
