What you will do with us
Attention project managers in Rüsselsheim! As a project manager at SPIE Lück, you have the chance to help shape our future projects. As part of a well-coordinated team, YOU will be the tech expert on our construction sites in the field of electrical engineering.
- Your Profile:
- Training as an electrician for energy and building technology
- Master’s degree is a plus or a Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (VDE, VOB/B, DGUV)
- Experience as a project manager in electrical projects in industrial and commercial construction
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
- Your Tasks:
- Creating and calculating offers as a project manager and handling change management and creating as-built and execution documents
- Responsibility for personnel and material disposition on the construction site
- Participating in project forecasting and attending construction meetings
- Assisting in budget planning and co-responsibility for budget implementation
- Ensuring adherence to the calculated budgets of assigned projects
