Plant Mechanic / Service Technician in Technical Internal Service m/f/d + 13th Salary

• Your Profile:
  • Technical training as a plant mechanic for HVAC/R or an electrician for machinery and drive technology, or a similar qualification
  • Desirable: Commercial training
  • Experience in recording and coordinating service orders
  • Confident communication with customers, service providers, suppliers, and our own technicians
  • Ideally, some experience using SAP
• Your Tasks:
  • Customer support & technical advice on service and spare parts inquiries, including pump selection and spare parts needs
  • Planning and coordinating repair assignments (10 employees) considering quality, time, and cost
  • Spare parts management & project monitoring, including cost optimization and material tracking
  • Handling complaints and warranties in collaboration with manufacturers and customers from offer creation to invoicing
  • Managing and monitoring maintenance contracts as well as follow-up and billing of completed projects
