What you will do with us
For our company, Stahlbau Engineering GmbH, we're looking for an
Industrial Foreman Metal (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Ensure and monitor all manufacturing processes in the assigned area
- Coordinate material flow
- Check for accuracy and completeness in assembly
- Welding supervision and visual inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process
- Dimensional checks of finished assemblies with analog and digital measuring tools
- Organize workflows and continuously improve work processes within the team
- Optimize assembly manufacturing during ongoing work processes
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations as well as safety and environmental guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed training/advanced training as a metal construction foreman or state-certified technician in the metal field (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Additional qualification as a welding technician or welding specialist (m/f/d) is desirable
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in heavy steel construction
- Knowledge of production and logistics processes
- Organizational skills and strong cost awareness
- Proficient in all common MS Office programs and possibly CAD
