As a team leader, I ensure that everything runs smoothly and the highest quality standards are met. I'm well-versed in cost estimation, contracts, and relevant regulations, and I work closely with clients, builders, and partners to successfully complete projects. Despite my many years of experience, I'm always open to new challenges and development. I love diving into new topics, finding innovative solutions, and bringing my experience to fresh projects. Standing still isn't for me – I'm motivated and really excited about something new!
