Construction Engineer

As a certified civil engineer with extensive experience in various sectors of the construction industry, including the automotive industry, substations, and steel construction, I bring a versatile technical expertise and a strong passion for innovative construction concepts. After graduating from the University of Stuttgart, where I specialized in structural engineering and construction operations, I continued my professional career in leading engineering offices and in the construction industry, both in Germany and Taiwan. My professional stations include the role of civil engineer and construction manager, where I was able to gain extensive experience in project planning, monitoring, and quality management. I am particularly proud of my ability to efficiently manage complex projects while always keeping an eye on quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Through regular further training, including in the areas of statics, FEM, and CAD, I keep my technical knowledge up to date and am able to develop innovative solutions for the construction industry. With fluent knowledge of German and English, as well as my native language Chinese, I am well equipped to communicate successfully in international teams and lead projects to success. My goals are to further develop my leadership qualities and lead innovative construction projects that are sustainable and future-oriented. In my free time, I like to engage in sports, especially basketball, hiking, and cycling, and enjoy traveling with my family. These activities not only provide me with a balance, but also promote my teamwork and perseverance, qualities that are invaluable in my professional career.
