About us
What do a gym in Leipzig, a candy manufacturer's production site, and the Federal Chancellery in Berlin have in common? The electrical engineering planning for all of them comes from ISR. As an independent engineering firm specializing in electrical engineering, ISR carries out small to large TGA projects across Germany for both private and public clients. Whether it's sustainable construction, upgrading a listed building, or renewing a production facility – we develop a tailor-made electrical engineering concept for every requirement. Our collaboration is both goal-oriented and transparent, utilizing the latest technology. For us, 3D planning and Building Information Modeling (BIM) are standard practices. Since our founding in 1965, we have been on a continuous growth path. We are a team of over 70 people working successfully and happily across four locations. What makes working at ISR special are our flat hierarchies and the significant personal creative freedom. There's no "one-size-fits-all" approach or rigid rules here, but rather an open environment that encourages good ideas and initiative. At ISR, we foster a culture of trust that allows everyone to contribute and grow.
