Tasks
- You are the contact person (m/f/d) for the overall task of construction logistics
- You are responsible for the management of supply and disposal logistics, including access control and site setup
- In your position, you act as the deputy for the logistics manager (m/f/d)
- Additionally, you monitor compliance with occupational safety for your own performance on the construction site
- You are responsible for checking the contractually agreed services
- Furthermore, you create monthly documentation and updates of services provided
- You coordinate the on-site personnel deployment and the quality of the services provided by subcontractors
- As a logistics coordinator (m/f/d) in the field of construction logistics, you ensure the qualitative implementation of logistics-related services on the construction site
What we rely on
- Completed training as a building technician or master craftsman, foreman (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in a similar field is desired
- Proficient in using selected IT tools, e.g., i-two, MS Office
- Responsibility for results and a high degree of goal orientation
- Sense of responsibility and customer-oriented, friendly demeanor
- Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, as well as an independent and committed work style complete your profile
