- Tasks
- You are the contact person for construction logistics on the site and participate in construction meetings
- You manage supply and disposal logistics, site safety, and setup (BE)
- As a logistics manager (m/f/d), you ensure the qualitative implementation of logistics-related services on the site
- Furthermore, you monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations for your own services on the site
- You review the contractually agreed services and change management
- In your position, you coordinate the deployment of personnel on-site and the quality of services provided by subcontractors
- What We Rely On
- A completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction industry with leadership experience (e.g., foreman) and/or further training (foreman, master craftsman, technician, business economist) and/or a degree in a construction-related field
- Professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a comparable area of responsibility
- Strong cost awareness, high communication and teamwork skills, and social competence
- Proficient in using selected IT tools, e.g., MS Office
- High level of goal orientation, responsibility, customer-oriented, friendly demeanor
- Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, as well as an independent and committed work style
