- Responsibilities
- You're on-site and fully responsible for the quality implementation of contractually owed construction logistics tasks in the following areas: supply logistics, space management, material logistics, disposal and cleaning logistics including defect management, coordination of site setup, personnel logistics
- You manage your assigned employees and subcontractors in a results-oriented manner while adhering to necessary occupational safety regulations
- You proactively contribute to the review and coordination of contractually agreed services and change order management
- You are the primary contact for the client and other project participants for operational execution and participate in construction meetings
- As a logistics manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for billing the contractually agreed services and ensuring performance documentation
- What We Rely On
- Previous experience as a logistics manager (m/f/d) in construction logistics
- Alternatively, trained foreman (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d), or completed studies in the construction industry or experience in facility management, as well as professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a similar field
- Technical and construction operational understanding of work and logistics processes in the construction workflow
- Strong cost awareness, high communication and teamwork skills, and social competence
- High affinity for internal IT tools
