Technical Site Inspector (m/f/d)

As a Technical Site Inspector (m/f/d) focusing on ANPR/Parking through a mix of electrical, video, construction, and network tasks, you'll help the company with on-site surveys, documentation, installation advice, and other relevant technical duties. For this role, you'll be traveling across Germany 2-3 days a week. The rest of the time, you'll be working from home. We expect you to work independently, show initiative, be innovative, and approach ANPR design and solutions with common sense, while being able to achieve continuous improvements. WHY AVANTPARK? YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inspecting and measuring sites, parking lots, parking garages, and underground garages on location. Identifying and analyzing potential sites for technical installations like power lines, surveillance cameras, payment machines, and entry and exit points. Documenting on-site conditions (documents with photos, notes, and sketches). Creating reports with recommendations for the use and design of the sites. Working closely with internal planning and project teams to ensure site requirements are met. Adhering to safety and data protection guidelines during assessment and documentation. YOUR PERSONALITY You need to be able to communicate professionally and effectively Available for fieldwork. You enjoy solving problems and puzzles Weekend work may be required. QUALIFICATIONS No surveying knowledge required – an affinity for practical fieldwork, electrical knowledge, and good spatial awareness is enough Ability to assess on-site conditions and suggest meaningful solutions Basic knowledge of using maps (e.g., Google Maps) and creating simple sketches. Willingness to travel extensively within Germany (Class B driver's license required). Independent and structured work style. Communication skills and reliability. Good English skills.
