- Tasks
- You are responsible for developing construction process concepts and implementing them into individual construction processes
- You are responsible for determining quantities for scheduling and calculation
- You independently create offer and execution schedules
- You are responsible for planning and optimizing site setup, site logistics, and formwork systems
- You are responsible for developing and optimizing construction method concepts and technical reports for project-specific requirements
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in business or civil engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position and/or managing construction sites in the context of work preparation and scheduling
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an accounting and calculation program (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
- Knowledge of time-path planning software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS Project)
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented working style
