Tasks at eins Plan

• Assisting in the planning, calculation, tendering, and awarding of technical systems
• Creating execution plans for building technology systems according to HOAI, focusing on practicality and functionality
• Supporting construction and project management in diverse construction projects
• Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and technicians to develop sustainable solutions
• Bringing in creative ideas and working independently within the project context
• Taking on responsibility in technical and organizational areas

What We're Excited About

• Completed training or studies in supply engineering, ideally with prior vocational training
• Entry possible as a motivated beginner
• Basic knowledge in the design and sizing of HVAC components
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, ideally with experience in liNear
• Good technical knowledge of relevant trades and applicable standards and regulations
• Interest in sustainable building and modern planning methods, especially model-based BIM planning
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team spirit, and a structured, reliable work approach
