What you'll do with us:
- Coordinate and manage renovation projects ποΈ
- Lead & motivate our craftsman teams π·ββοΈπ·ββοΈ
- Post-calculation including deriving measures and implementing them π°π¨
- Ensure the quality and productivity of the construction sites βοΈπ§
- With your open and empathetic nature, you always manage to impress our clients on-site ππ¬
- You form an important interface in the company π
- With your organizational skills, you manage to steer and coordinate our projects profitably π
- Increase the productivity of your teams and ensure resource utilization βοΈπ
- Handle complaints management π οΈ
What we wish from you:
- Craftsmanship journeyman/master training and at least two years of leadership experience with the desire to work independently and freely π¨βπ«πͺ
- Quality standards and customer orientation β to meet our and our clients' expectations π
- Hands-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented approach π§ π οΈ
- Solid IT skills β for handling common office applications π»π
- A class B driver's license π

Your work includes a variety of tasks, as you are active as an ISOTEC waterproofing professional in the areas of moisture protection, renovation, insulation, and mold removal. Depending on the construction site, you work either independently or as part of a team. The range of tasks is enormous, as each moisture damage is individual and requires customized solutions. This makes your everyday work extremely diverse and exciting.
