Your tasks
🔍 You will lead challenging building projects and take responsibility for:
👉 Leading and supporting the project team and assisting in their personal development.
👉 Actively managing costs, schedules, and building quality to ensure project goals are met.
👉 Providing technical, economic, and organizational construction advice to our clients.
👉 Managing contract amendments, including negotiation and preparation.

Your profile
🎓 Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture.
💼 At least five years of professional experience, especially in HOAI service phases 6-8, and experience in project and planning coordination.
📜 In-depth knowledge of contract law and extensive experience in client management.
🗣️ Negotiation skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate and integrate project participants.
