Civil Engineer / Architect as Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks 🔍 You will independently manage complex building projects, including: 👉 On-site construction supervision according to HOAI § 34 service phase 7-8. 👉 Representing the client's interests directly at the project site. 👉 Active cost management and control, as well as scheduling, planning, and monitoring. 👉 Quality control and assurance, and participation in regular construction meetings. 👉 Guiding and managing the collaboration of internal and external project participants.

Your profile 🎓 You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field and bring several years of experience in construction management. 📐 You have solid knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and change order management. 📊 You are characterized by strong customer orientation, proactive behavior, and a confident demeanor.
