Our portfolio includes noise barriers made from various materials like wood, aluminum, reinforced concrete, glass, plastic, and masonry – naturally including all important ancillary services. 🛠️ We are currently looking for our locations in Peine and Düsseldorf.

Senior Construction Manager / Civil Engineer Noise Protection (m/f/d)

Here's where your skills come into play 💡

• ✅ Coordination and project management of complex noise protection construction measures • 📅 Technical, scheduling, and financial responsibility for the projects • ✅ Establishing additional locations and developing new business areas • 👷 Leading and guiding the construction site team • ✅ Coordination of subcontractors • 🤝 Identifying potential for additional claims and enforcing claims with the client • 🛡️ Designing and creating additional claims in collaboration with the estimation department • ⚠️ Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

What you bring to the table 🏗️ • 🎓 Completed studies as a civil engineer/technician or comparable education • 👷 Professional experience in at least one of the areas: noise protection, civil engineering, underground construction, track construction, railway construction, and road construction • 👷 Relevant experience in construction management • 🛡️ Knowledge of relevant regulations (including HOAI, VOB, BGB) • ✅ Leadership experience and assertiveness • ✅ Structured working method • ✅ Entrepreneurial thinking • ✅ Responsibility and cost awareness • 🚗 Flexibility and willingness to travel • 👷 Independent and self-reliant work • 💻 Proficient use of estimation/billing software and office applications
