- Tasks
- You manage construction projects in special civil engineering and handle them independently
- You lead the construction site financially and technically
- You accompany the entire execution process, especially construction scheduling, work preparation, personnel management, as well as measurement and change order management
- Maintaining customer contacts is also part of your responsibilities
- In your role, you support the project manager and maintain close communication
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master) or equivalent training: construction technician
- Initial professional experience in construction management - ideally in the field of special civil engineering
- Proficient use of general IT applications, knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba)
- Independent, success- and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork and creativity
- Resilience and flexibility
- Willingness for assignments beyond the regional area
