Your tasks 🔍 Lead challenging building projects and take responsibility for: 👉 Leading and supporting the project team and assisting in their personal development. 👉 Actively managing costs, schedules, and building quality to ensure project goals are met. 👉 Providing technical, economic, and organizational construction advice to our clients. 👉 Handling change management, including negotiation and preparation of amendments.
Your profile 🎓 Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture. 💼 At least five years of professional experience, especially in HOAI service phases 6-8, and experience in project and planning coordination. 📜 In-depth knowledge of contract law and extensive experience in client management. 🗣️ Strong negotiation skills, communication strength, and a keen ability to coordinate and integrate project participants.
