Your tasks: 📐 Project management: Independently handling construction projects in flooring and parquet. 📊 Calculation & billing: Creating measurements, calculating offers, as well as billing and documenting projects. 🛠️ Work preparation: Purchasing and planning projects, including developing digital processes. 🤝 Communication: Coordinating within the team, with clients, and partners for optimal project implementation.
Your profile: ✔️ Expertise: Experience in flooring, parquet, or interior construction, as well as knowledge and interest in calculation, purchasing, work preparation, and possibly sales. 💰 Knowledge in billing construction projects, including measurement and documentation. 💻 IT know-how: Proficient with MS Office and interested in digital processes. 🤝 Soft skills: Strong communication skills and team spirit. 🌟 Initiative: Enjoy working independently and improving existing processes.
