We're looking for a strong project manager for the Bruchsal region as soon as possible, someone who can secure our company's double-digit growth rates with their leadership and planning skills. Sounds good? Then you're in the right place with us! ✅
🔨 What you'll do with us: 🏗️ Coordinate and manage our renovation projects 👷♂️ Lead and motivate our craftsmen while strengthening team cohesion 📊 Always keep an eye on the numbers ✔️ Visit construction sites and perform quality control through documentation review 📈 Continuously increase productivity 🔗 Stay organized, even when managing 10 construction sites at once 😊 With your open and empathetic nature, you consistently manage to impress our clients 🤝 Serve as an important link to all departments within the company 🛠️ What we expect from you: ✔️ You are a civil engineer, architect, construction technician, master craftsman, or have a qualified trade education ✔️ Proficient in business management and have good knowledge of MS Office 💻 ✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position ✔️ You're organized and a real go-getter 💪 ✔️ Persuasive, communicative, bold, direct, and enjoy tackling challenges ✔️ With your entrepreneurial mindset, you always get the most out of your team 🚀 ✔️ You see changes as opportunities for growth ✔️ Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head ❄️ and get the job done 🐄

As an ISOTEC waterproofing professional, you know how to effectively address moisture problems and damages in properties. The goal of your work is to ensure the long-term safety and preservation of houses and properties. You take proactive measures and work towards identifying and resolving issues early on.
Wide range of tasks
Your work includes a variety of tasks, as you are active as an ISOTEC waterproofing professional in the areas of moisture protection, renovation, insulation, and mold removal. Depending on the construction site, you work either independently or as part of a team. The range of tasks is enormous, as each moisture damage is individual and requires customized solutions. This makes your everyday work extremely diverse and exciting.
