We're looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for our Demolition/Gutting/Hazardous Material Remediation department at our Achstetten location as soon as possible.
Tasks at KS
- Assisting site management in the preparation, execution, and billing of individual projects in the areas of demolition, gutting, or hazardous material remediation in the Baden Württemberg and Bavaria regions
- Supporting the management of construction sites, considering economic, contractual, and technical aspects
- Taking on your own projects after training
- Motivating leadership of the construction site team
- Planning capacities and resources
We're looking for
- A completed degree in civil engineering or a completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
- Initial leadership and construction site experience
- A high willingness to learn and commitment
- An independent and structured way of working
- Assertiveness and reliability
