For our demolition/stripping/hazardous material remediation department, we're looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) at our Achstetten location as soon as possible.

Tasks at KS

  • Preparing, executing, and billing projects in the areas of demolition, stripping, or hazardous material remediation in the Baden Württemberg and Bavaria regions, while complying with relevant waste laws, safety regulations, and other guidelines
  • Managing construction sites with consideration of economic, contractual, and technical aspects
  • Motivating leadership of the construction site team
  • Planning capacities and resources

We're looking forward to

  • A completed degree in civil engineering or a completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or alternatively, technical training with work experience in this field
  • Leadership and construction site experience that you've already proven in a previous role, but we're also happy to give newcomers a chance
