For our company, Stahlbau Engineering GmbH, we are looking for a

Controller (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Creating, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting business metrics
• Project-related reporting to operational management, especially for large projects
• Assisting in the preparation of (group) reporting for monthly reports and planning calculations according to HGB and IFRS
• Determining and evaluating statistical metrics to recommend measures for productivity and efficiency improvements as well as process optimizations
• Visualizing KPIs through dashboards and further developing them in the ERP system
• Providing business support for the manufacturing and assembly service areas
• Participating in internal and group-wide special projects (e.g., digitalization, AI, Green Taxonomy)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration/economics with a focus on controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable education
• Willingness to delve into technical contexts
• Proficient in using common MS Office programs
• Good English skills, both spoken and written
