What you will do with us
YOU FOR US
- As a leader, you report directly to management as a staff position.
- You build and maintain long-term, stable supplier relationships both nationally and internationally, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- You take on the development and implementation of procurement strategies for services, considering company goals.
- You create a sustainable supplier network, including contract and price negotiations.
- You lead negotiations on framework agreements and service agreements, primarily in external services, and implement cost reductions.
- You are responsible for the selection, evaluation, and support of service providers, as well as building and maintaining supplier relationships, coordinating closely with operational leaders.
- You actively support the optimization of our inventory through targeted use of our ERP system.
- You develop and implement efficient purchasing processes and structures.
- You establish a solid purchasing control system.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies or a comparable education in business or engineering.
- Extensive experience in procuring external services and materials.
- Savings in tough negotiations are not a burden for you but a motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills with assertiveness and personal confidence.
- Distinct analytical working style, cost awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- High level of decision-making, teamwork, and self-responsibility.
- Experience in building and/or further developing structures and processes in purchasing.
- Technical affinity, strong English skills in speaking and writing, and willingness to travel complete your profile.
