• Purchasing materials, raw, auxiliary, and operating supplies, as well as services from subcontractors
• Preparing inquiries and service descriptions with specifications
• Timely procurement and price comparisons with suppliers
• Analyzing and evaluating offers
• Contract negotiation and documentation with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintaining supplier and subcontractor databases
• Ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and costs
• Budget control for construction projects and purchasing processes
• Close collaboration with specialist departments
• Market observation and identification of new suppliers and trends in construction
• Supporting the development of purchasing strategies and processes

• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and market conditions
• Good knowledge in contract design
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office and common tendering and purchasing tools
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, ideally also English skills
