Dispatcher (m/f/d) in Munich Special Payments Christmas & Vacation

YOU FOR US

• Handling gas station issues via reporting platforms or by phone
• Hiring and coordinating subcontractors
• Efficient and smooth deployment of assigned service technicians, including vacation and training planning
• Timely organization of maintenance and project appointments, as well as appointments with central monitoring agencies
• Monitoring compliance with completion deadlines for our clients in the oil industry
• Checking and processing work and weekly reports, as well as subcontractor invoices
• Data entry and maintenance of quantitative and qualitative data in relevant databases
• Requesting reinvestment measures from our clients, including creating offers and outgoing invoices
• Handling complaints and warranty claims

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise: You have completed technical or commercial training
• Experience: You already have work experience in the relevant field, ideally in the dispatching of service technicians
• Computer skills: You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office package and are familiar with using an ERP system
• Skills: Strong organizational talent, service mentality, and teamwork are crucial for success in this position
