What you will do with us

Project Manager (m/f/d) Building Services Engineering HKS

We're looking for the best. And we're giving it our all. Well, almost all.

Heinrich Krumme Gesellschaft für Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik mbH is one of six independent companies in the technical building equipment sector within the Krumme Group. We handle heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning with expertise. And we've been doing it since 1980.

Our clients include private companies as well as public entities or general contractors. On their behalf, we plan, analyze, implement, and modernize technical building systems with a focus on innovative, sustainable, and regenerative solutions—for hospitals, universities, industrial halls, laboratories, commercial properties, or office buildings.

Our daily routine involves doing our job with expertise, lots of experience, and good humor. True to the motto: "Can't be done? Doesn't exist!" Do you want to work in a team? Learn new things and share knowledge? Then you're in the right place with us!

What you can do in your sleep

  • Design HVAC systems.
  • Plan projects and assignments and lead the installation team.
  • Fully handle orders with architects, planners, and clients.
  • Control project calculations.
  • Coordinate cross-trade orders.

What else you bring

  • You are a graduate engineer, technician, or master in building services engineering with several years of professional and on-site experience.
  • You have good communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • You enjoy teamwork and have an independent working style.
  • You take responsibility.
  • You bring commitment, enthusiasm for new challenges, and flexibility.
  • English skills are an advantage.

What we offer you

  • A wide variety of tasks with room for responsibility and development opportunities—because each of our large projects is different.
  • Pleasant working atmosphere in a collegial, competent, and motivated team—we're good at our job and also really nice!
  • Intensive, diverse onboarding—and of course, interesting further training.
  • A permanent employment contract—including attractive salary and long-term perspective.
  • Flexible working time models—for example, alternating between home office and office. Or a 4-day week for those who go out to the construction sites.
  • A mid-range company car—naturally electric and including a wall box.
