Your Work Area:

• Comprehensive management and coordination of construction projects in heating, air conditioning, and sanitary technology
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring construction measures and ensuring timely completion
• Close coordination with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring technical requirements and quality standards
• Leading a motivated team of professionals

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training in HVAC, ideally supplemented by further training as a master or technician
• Several years of experience in a similar position is desirable
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Strong organizational skills, communication strength, and team spirit
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
