Training as a concrete and reinforced concrete builder (m/f/d)

As a concrete and reinforced concrete builder, you produce components made of concrete and reinforced concrete. These include foundations and the base plate for buildings, columns, walls, and ceilings on our construction sites. For this purpose, you create the reinforcement and formwork on the construction site. Assembly of prefabricated elements is also part of your tasks. The prefabricated elements can be wall and ceiling elements that are filled with concrete after assembly on the construction site, or solid elements that are manufactured in our prefabrication plant. You are deployed wherever concrete is needed, whether it's new construction or renovation of residential and commercial properties. In our prefabrication plant, we produce reinforced concrete components that are either assembled on our own construction sites or delivered to "external" construction sites. These include foundations, columns, wall elements, stairs, and ceilings - there are (almost) no limits to creativity when it comes to shape, color, and surface design. With us, you have the opportunity to complete your training as a concrete and reinforced concrete builder either on the construction site or in the prefabrication plant in Trappenkamp. You can also pursue a dual study program with us alongside the traditional training. Together, we will find your winning model! What should you bring? - At least a secondary school leaving certificate or, for the dual study program, a general higher education entrance qualification/abitur, technical college entrance qualification, or a comparable recognized qualification. - You should be reliable and have manual dexterity. - It is important that you enjoy working in a team and outdoors. If you are training in the prefabrication plant, you will work in large production halls.
