Your Tasks
- Responsible site management together with a site manager
- Supervision of site personnel
- Planning and coordination of material, personnel, and equipment use
- Internal and external reporting (construction diary, deployment reports…)
- Monitoring construction schedule deadlines
- Organization and inspection of material deliveries and subcontractor services
- Quality control, occupational safety, traffic security
- Contact with clients and client representatives
- On-site performance, additional work, and measurement recording
Your Profile
- High motivation and willingness to take responsibility
- Several years of professional experience in drywall construction
- Relevant qualification and training certificates (e.g., journeyman's certificate)
- Good technical knowledge in drywall and general interior construction
- MS Office skills
- Driver's license for cars
- Careful and reliable working style
