Your Tasks
- Independent planning, management, and coordination of construction projects in the Leipzig area and nationwide
- Communication with clients
- Negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Change order management, billing, and measurement
- Monitoring projects for compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
Your Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, a technician training, or a master painter qualification
- Sufficient professional experience as a project manager is desirable
- Good commercial know-how and good German language skills
- Solid knowledge of common PC programs and construction billing software (Arriba, RIB iTWO)
- Confident handling of VOB/A, VOB/B, and VOB/C
- Goal-oriented negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial acumen
