Your Responsibilities

• Planning the deployment of available staff in coordination with other departments
• Assisting with pre- and post-calculations of production hours
• Actively participating in the optimization of work processes
• Order planning and production control
• Project-related picking of required materials and maintaining material master data in the ERP
• Close collaboration and coordination with the purchasing department
• Capacity planning, production, and order control in production, including monitoring and adherence to agreed schedules

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, ideally in the industrial metal sector with further training as a master/technician or several years of professional experience
• Professional and leadership experience in the metal industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing technology and production processes
• Strong goal orientation and problem-solving skills
• Very good German language skills (spoken/written)
• ERP knowledge, good knowledge of MS Office products
