Your Tasks

• Responsible for accurate and timely bid calculations for complex projects in the steel construction/metalwork sectors (stairs, railings, steel structures)
• Review and assess tender documents and inquiries
• Develop calculation strategies, find alternative or special solutions in consultation with internal departments
• Obtain and evaluate offers for external services
• Determine quantities and establish manufacturing costs
• Finalize and submit offers and participate in contract negotiations
• Continuously review calculation approaches in connection with production, installation, and controlling

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in steel or metal construction, ideally with further training as a technician or master
• Professional experience in estimation in the steel construction field or comparable knowledge
• Proficient in using estimation software (e.g., LogiKal, ORCA AVA, Excel)
• Technical understanding, economic thinking, and strong numerical skills
• Independent and structured work style, confident demeanor, communication skills
