Your Tasks
- Responsible site management
- Supervision of site personnel
- Planning and coordination of material, personnel, and equipment use
- Internal and external reporting (construction diary, deployment reports…)
- Monitoring construction schedule deadlines
- Organization and inspection of material deliveries and subcontractor services
- Quality control, occupational safety, traffic security
- Contact with clients and client representatives
- On-site performance, additional work, and measurement recording
Your Profile
- Project manager, construction manager, or assistant with relevant professional experience
- Ideally a civil engineer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d), or drywall installer (m/f/d) with comparable knowledge
- Good knowledge of construction accounting
- Excellent cross-trade expertise
- Basic knowledge of construction law VOB and BGB
- Affinity for IT applications
- Strong numerical understanding
- Careful and reliable working style
