What you will do with us
What to Expect
You'll manage interior construction projects—from drywall to high-quality furniture installation—on challenging sites all over Germany. You'll plan material and personnel needs, oversee processes, coordinate with clients, and be responsible for schedules, quality, and budget. You'll lead, coordinate, and document—clearly, reliably, and with technical know-how.
What You Bring
- Experience as a construction manager, project manager, or technical assistant in interior construction
- Degree as a civil engineer, construction technician, or drywall installer with leadership experience
- Knowledge in construction accounting, VOB, and BGB
- Structured, solution-oriented work approach
- Computer skills and willingness to travel
