We are looking for a Construction Manager for TGA Supply Technology (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsible site management
- Supervision of site personnel
- Planning and coordination of material, personnel, and equipment use
- Internal and external reporting (construction diary, deployment reports…)
- Monitoring construction schedule deadlines
- Organizing and checking material deliveries and subcontractor services
- Quality control, occupational safety, traffic security
- Contact with clients and client representatives
- On-site performance, additional work, and measurement recording
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training in the field of Technical Building Equipment with several years of professional experience
- Excellent cross-trade expertise
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as technical expertise
