What you will do with us
What to Expect You'll take on the technical leadership of our TGA projects, mainly in the Berlin area, but sometimes nationwide. You'll plan personnel, materials, and processes, lead the construction site team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and keep an eye on schedules, costs, and quality.
What You Bring
- Completed training in Technical Building Equipment (e.g., HVAC systems mechanic, electrician, technician)
- Experience in TGA construction management, ideally in heating, ventilation, and sanitation
- Technical understanding, strong communication skills, assertiveness
- Independent work style and willingness to travel
