Tasks at Geiger
- Operating and handling heavy equipment (e.g., MKA 25/30 and LTF 10) for daily material transport and installation underground according to the shift supervisor's instructions
- Daily visual inspection of the heavy equipment
- Performing simple maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks
- Reporting equipment malfunctions to the machinery specialist
- Setting up ventilation systems
- Laying pipelines
- Conducting deformation and borehole checks and measurements
- Pumping out solutions
- Assisting with special tasks like TSM tunneling, mining work, etc.
- Performing all kinds of drilling work
What We're Looking Forward To
- A skilled worker qualification, preferably in mining or technical fields
- Experience with construction machinery
- General manual skills
- Motivation, commitment, teamwork, and resilience
- Health suitability for underground work
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ideally, a Class C driver's license
