What you will do with us
- Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)
- For our bridge/concrete repair division, we are looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join GBS mbH Co. KG in Neunkirchen/Saar for the long term, who wants to bring their experience in bridge/concrete repair to us and develop further with us.

Your tasks:
- Independent organization and handling of assigned construction sites with a focus on quality, cost, and deadlines
- Participation in acquisition as well as offer and negotiation strategy
- Planning and management of project and construction site personnel
- Conducting negotiations with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
- Drafting and enforcing additional claims
Our requirements:
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering
- Technical know-how in bridge/concrete repair and construction management
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and commitment
- Leadership experience and negotiation skills
