We're looking to strengthen our team with an open-minded, team-oriented, and confident individual as a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) in the turnkey construction sector at our locations in Cologne, Altenkirchen (Westerwald), Herborn, or Trier/Konz.

TASKS:

• Handling offers and calculating turnkey projects, involving internal and external experts
• Evaluating tender documents while considering technical and contractual risks and opportunities
• Determining quantities and costs
• Developing special proposals and alternatives
• Requesting prices from subcontractors and suppliers and supporting contract negotiations
• Creating specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering, training as a construction technician, or a comparable technical education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position is an advantage, career changers with experience in construction and project management are also welcome
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
• User knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTwo) is desirable
• Experience with BIM applications is desirable
• High level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility
