We're looking for open-minded, team-oriented, and confident individuals to join our team as construction and project managers in our building construction division.

You'll be responsible as a construction manager or project manager at our main location in Altenkirchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute our building construction projects on time and with quality
• Quality control and acceptance of subcontractor services
• Achieve financial results and ongoing cost monitoring

Requirements:

• Background as a civil engineer, architect, construction technician, or master craftsman
• At least 3 years of experience in a responsible position in building construction
• Experienced in dealing with companies and craftsmen
• Skilled in working with private and public clients
• Experienced in applying the VOB
• Used to working independently and responsibly
