- Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)
- For our bridge/concrete repair division, we are looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join GBS mbH Co. KG in Neunkirchen/Saar for the long term. We want someone who can bring their experience in bridge/concrete repair to our team and grow with us.

Your Responsibilities
- Independently organize and manage assigned construction sites focusing on quality, cost, and deadlines
- Assist in acquisition and strategy for offers and negotiations
- Plan and manage personnel deployment for project and construction management
- Negotiate with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
- Design and enforce contract amendments
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed civil engineering degree
- Technical know-how in bridge/concrete repair and construction management
- Independent and structured work style, assertiveness, and commitment
- Leadership experience and negotiation skills
