Tasks
- Your focus is on acquiring and managing engineering and specialized foundation projects
- You lead (both technically and disciplinarily) the technical departments
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of construction projects in collaboration with our colleagues on-site
- You have a well-established network in the construction industry and maintain your contacts - in associations and committees as well as with clients, authorities, and offices
- Additionally, you coordinate with management and the corporate group on key strategic, technical, business, and personnel-related issues
What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering (university/college) or a comparable qualification
- Many years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role or as a senior construction manager in engineering and/or specialized foundation construction
- Outstanding project list – experience in the execution and management of complex engineering and/or specialized foundation projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and successfully manage teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, negotiation skills, and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with clients, partners, and authorities
