Tasks
- You are responsible for the independent and comprehensive management and execution of turnkey projects in the Ruhr area
- Additionally, you participate in work preparation and coordinate it
- You are responsible for creating and updating procurement and scheduling plans
- In your position, you manage subcontractor management in execution (quality, costs, deadlines)
- In your position, you steer the planning for the execution of your projects
- You coordinate and lead the project team
- You organize and document the construction site
- Furthermore, you participate in bid processing
- As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you maintain close communication with our clients
What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU)
- Several years of professional experience in independent project management, preferably as a project manager with a desire for development into a higher position
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and RIB iTWO
- High service readiness and strong customer orientation
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Strong social competence, team spirit, and leadership ambition
