Tasks
- You will lead the Technical Internal Service through the acquisition and calculation phases of the projects to be handled
- You will create binding offers and indications
- You will review options and create special proposals
- You will coordinate work preparation and BIM coordination in the offer and execution phase
- You will conduct a comprehensive review of tender documents and lead the offer team
- You will coordinate all project participants during the offer processing
- You will contribute to the acquisition of new customers
What we rely on
- Completed studies as a civil engineer (m/f/d) or architect (m/f/d)
- Solid professional experience in the calculation of turnkey building projects
- Proficient in using calculation software RIB iTWO and MS Office, Revit, and PowerProject
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Performance-oriented work ethic and high commitment
- Experience in team leadership as a department head
